Synopsis:

New Zealand, the land of the Long White Cloud, beautiful and serene. Who would ever imagine that this heaven on earth of a place would be the setting for an inter-galactic battle  about to occur soon. Unless someone with superhuman strength steps in to stop this galactic catastrophe from happening  mankind is walking towards looming extinction.

Out in the city of Waitakere, along Henderson Valley road and surrounded by lush greeneries of the great Waitakere ranges, lies a small peaceful community of mixed race living harmoniously. Here we find five kids from different cultures growing up in the same neighborhood, banded together and formed a club called W.E.T.A (Watchers for Extra- Terrestrial Actions)  dedicated to vigilance against any form of alien invasion. Other than that, the kids are also into conservation and preservation of the eco-system ( at least that will keep them busy, their parents thought ).

For a time, life in the valley seemed normal until an incident one day changed everything and the kids' lives were never the same again. Overnight, their lives have changed from that of being normal kids to that of Super heroes...(something they're not comfortable other people knowing about.)

They become instant celebreties and the media not sure of what to call this so called super heroes, christened the team as 'Super Vanguard 5.' The name clicked and the team owned it from there on.

Though the team's mission is fraught with danger, it is also filled with fun and laughter. Because after all, lessons are best learned through laughter and indeed many lessons are to be learned in this movie, the team will come to understand the importance of of friendship, loyalty and courage. They will also experience the joy and delight of a world seen through the innocent eyes of children. And it is precisely because it is an action adventure set at present times, and also one that is set in a unique sphere, where the laws of nature are malleable, that makes this project particularly rare.
